4-Chlorodehydromethyltestosterone is known for producing quality gains in both strength and mass albeit not as dramatic as other oral compounds like methandrostenolone and oxymetholone. On the plus side though, 4-chlorodehydromethyltestosterone is also known as a compound that produces nice dry gains with themetabolites of chlorodehydromethyltestosterone leaving the body relatively quickly. Both of these attributes make chlorodehydromethyltestosterone a popular choice for contest prep. Also, since 4-chlorodehydromethyltestosterone seems to have the ability to reduce SHBG to other steroids, it appears to be a good stacking choice for increasing the overall efficacy of your cycle.
T-bol (as 4-chlorodehydromethyltestosterone is often called) is not known to produce many negative side effects. There is not much chance for estrogen related side effects like gynecomastia and water retention but since T-bol is 17 alpha alkylated there is a possibility that it can be toxic to the liver especially with prolonged use. Women seem to tolerate this compound very well, however, virilizationis a real concern at high doses. Typical T-bol dosing ranges from 20-80 mg/day for men and 5-10 mg/day for women. Due to the low incidence of reported negative effects from 4-chlorodehydromethyltestosterone use, longer cycles seem possible.
T-bol will produce results on it’s own but it seems best suited as part of a stack, especially a cutting or pre-contest stack although it has merit for use in a bulking stack as well particularly because of the effect on SHBG and the synergistic qualities of 4-chlorodehydromethyltestosterone.
